Hydraulic cutterbar pressure relief system

The hydraulic-pneumatic system relieves the cutterbar and regulates its ground pressure, improving terrain following and mowing quality. The swivel cylinder also serves as a hydraulic safety valve.

Drive transmission assembly

The torque delivered from the tractor’s PTO shaft is transmitted through the telescopic PTO shaft to the central gearbox. The drive is then transferred to the side gearbox, which drives the cutterbar.

Hydraulic breakback safety system

The disc mower is equipped with an overload protection system that protects the working unit and the machine’s structure from damage. When an obstacle is encountered, the unit deflects and lifts, safely passing over the obstacle while reducing structural loads.

The primary transport safety feature prevents the mower from being accidentally lowered during transport and does not require the operator to leave the tractor.

Support leg

It enables the machine to be positioned stably after being disconnected from the tractor.

Ergonomic indicator for easy machine adjustment

After lowering the cutting unit onto the ground, the indicators should be aligned. To do this, raise or lower the hitch frame using the tractor’s lower links.
