At Talex, we had the pleasure of organizing and conducting this year’s dealer training, which provided a unique opportunity for exchange, deepening knowledge about our solutions and processes, and personal networking. We are delighted to welcome such engaged partners, with whom we continue to develop our brand and shape its future.
During the training, participants had the chance to get to know the most advanced machines in our technology park. We presented their functions, applications, and advantages, which are directly reflected in the quality and reliability of our products. Another important part of the program was introducing our company structure, allowing participants to gain a better understanding of the workflows in each department and see how the teams responsible for development, production, and customer service collaborate.
A key element of the program was a joint walkthrough of the entire production process – from planning, through implementation, to the final quality control. This allowed our dealers to see firsthand how our solutions are created and how much importance we place on precision, innovation, and the highest quality standards.
The training was not only an opportunity to expand technical knowledge but also a space for inspiring conversations, questions, and the exchange of practical experiences from everyday work. We believe that such events strengthen relationships, deepen understanding of market needs, and allow us to develop even better solutions for our customers together.
